EMPATHY, APOLOGIES, & INFLUENCE

We as men don't like giving apologies. We find it to be the most difficult thing to do. An apology won't diminish your manhood or give you the appearance of weakness. If anything, an apology actually increases your level of influence and shows character as well as emotional maturity.
